Kingston University Offers Workshop
From March 4th to 7th, Colin Holden, Associate Dean of School of Design, Kingston University, brought CAFAIFC a one-week workshop. In this workshop, each student was instructed to choose three objects of personal interest, create a narrative for a fictional character inspired by these objects, and finally develop a project.
After the instructions, the students took immediate action. They found some old objects like old shoes, pillow covers, dustpans, iron frogs, etc. These old things provided materials and inspiration for their creations. In the assessment, the students presented their works, which contained interesting or moving stories, to Mr. Colin Holden and the other students. Through this workshop, students enhanced their creative ability. Mr. Colin Holden was extremely satisfied with their performance and looked forward to another workshop in the future!
