The long-awaited IFC class committee election was held on October 23. There were 12 candidates running for 8 committee positions in charge of study, life, discipline and activities respectively. All candidates delivered their speeches in turn in the front of all the students. Some of their speeches were humorous and some were enthusiastic. Laughter and applause filled the conference hall.
The class committee aims at managing the class more effectively as well as developing their ability of cooperation, problem-solving and other integrated abilities. The 12 volunteers were recognized by both the students and the teachers.
On the Election Day, with 12 campaign posters on the wall, each inspiring candidate stated his or her plan and determination by lot, and the competition was quite fierce. Supervised by all the students, 8 of the 12 volunteers were elected as the class committee members.
We believe the class committee will lead all the students to study hard and happily in IFC!
