On October 24, three delegates from RMIT University visited IFC. They detailed the background of RMIT including the curriculum, faculty, facilities, resource and alumni to the students. RMIT, as one of the oldest and largest comprehensive higher educational institution in Australia, is famous for its architecture and environmental design. As Australia has a high employment rate, many outstanding students are interested each year. In 2014, RMIT joined the top ten architecture universities accompanied by Cambridge University, Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
In the lecture, the teachers from RMIT also showed the students a video about the city of Melbourne which is not only a world famous tourism city but the art and cultural center of Australia. Its beautiful scenery, pleasant environment and high academic status attracts numerous IFC students. With time, a closer partnership will be developed between IFC and RMIT University.
