我对“REUNITED”这个主题的理解是所有出现在我生命的人与事遇见重组成了现在的我。所以我画了一张自画像，把各种记忆都融入到画中。通过这幅自画像，我试图让几个被埋葬的记忆重现，并在我的脸部周围赋予它们一个形状......这样就试图表现出心理分散的一面，它试图统一，但似乎注定要以一种不可能停止的形式分散。然后我想把这个想法用一种表演的形式表现出来，可能会很有趣。于是，我用混合水的泥土和颜料混合，创造出一个较为随心所欲但是充满快乐的作品，这就是这件作品的起点。 泥巴是原始主义的象征，但也是倒退的象征。有很多原始的创世神话中，泥巴是创造人形的第一个元素。泥巴干了以后从墙上掉下来，它碎了，掉了，像人的一生一样一切都注定要消失，归为尘土......那些掉落在地上的小脑袋也是如此，就像丢失在过往的记忆... ... 整个作品变成了我的一种心理地图，一种不可能重合的自我......留下看似一种散乱和混乱的形式，但是仍然对未来抱有期待和向往......

For this REUNITED project I started by making a painting that features me and various memories integrated into the composition. By making this self-portrait I try to bring back several buried memories and give them a shape around my face... Thus trying to show the dispersed aspect of the psyche which tries to reunify but which seems doomed to a form of dispersion impossible to stop. I then thought it would be interesting to stage this idea in a kind of performance. So I used earth mixed with water and pigments to create mud which was the starting point of this work. Mud is a symbol of primitivism but also of regression. There are many original creation myths where mud is the first element to create the human form. The mud dries and falls off the wall, it crumbles and falls away. Everything is destined to disappear. So are those little heads that fall to the floor, like memories lost in hell. The whole becomes a kind of mental map, an image of the impossibility of reuniting the self, leaving a form of dispersion and chaos that still tries to stand.
