重聚，在我的项目里，意为回到原点，然后重组。我的研究是关于字母形式及其独特性的。在信息时代，计算机打字使用的许多字体在形式和风格上往往是系统的而非个人的。这些字符的形成从简单的手写演变而来，然后改进成统一形式的可用字体。因此，我的核心思想是基于手工制作时每个字母中出现的每个字符的个性化给这些字符一个当代的方法来设计一组英文和日语书写系统中的字符，最终设计出一组字体。我研究了许多印刷设计师的作品，日本字体设计师Nozaki Azusa的作品启发了我。她的字体保持了文字的基本书写风格，用一些线条和简单的形状代替了文字的一些部分，如长方形、圆形等，并适当添加了颜色，这看起来很有趣。基于这两个主要的参考，我选择使用一些简单的元素去创造字体，最终的成果是用一组海报展现灯箱上每个字符的独特性。

REUNITED, in my project, means going back to the origin and then recombine. My research is about letterforms and their unique characteristics. In the information age, many fonts used in computer typing are often systematic impersonal in form and style. The formation of these characters has evolved from simple handwriting and then improved to become usable typeface in a unified form. So, my core idea is based on reuniting with the personalization of each character which happens in every letter when making them by hand. Then give these characters a contemporary approach to design a set of characters in both English and Japanese written systems. I researched the works of many typographers, and the works of a Japanese type designer called Nozaki Azusa inspired me. Her font kept the basic writing style of the text, and replaced some parts of the text with some lines and simple shapes, such as rectangles and circles and so on, also added appropriate colors, which made it look interesting. Based on those two main references I developed my typeface with the whole or part of simple elements and the final result is a set of posters presenting the uniqueness of each character presented on light boxes.
