“Reunited”有“团聚，使联结”的含义，由此出发我开始思考生活中有哪些事物或人是需要被联结的。我将目光聚焦在了阿尔兹海默症的患者身上。这些患者在患上这种病的时候便不可控地会出现感知能力下降，记忆能力丧失，生活无法自理等问题。由于种种原因他们常常显得意识混乱，不能与他人沟通，但其实他们的情感是渴望并且需要与他人联结的。在此次作品中我希望大家能够体会患者的生活状态，理解阿尔兹海默症患者，并在今后能够尽可能给予他们温暖和关爱，因此我通过改造和制作一系列简单的用品，模拟了阿尔兹海默症患者的一个生活小空间，并邀请参观者与环境里的物品进行互动。与此同时我也希望能够给患有阿尔兹海默症的家庭一些小帮助，因此作品中也包含了一个小型的护理手册供大家自取。为了还原真实感，材料选用的都是日常用品，比如：手套，羊毛毡，报纸，筷子等。

"Reunited" means reunion and connection in Chinese. Guided by these two definitions, I began to think about what things or people need to be connected in life. Then I focused my research on Alzheimer’s disease. When patients suffer from it, they will have uncontrollable sensory decline, loss of memory ability, unable to take care of their own life and other problems. Due to various reasons, they often appear to be confused and unable to communicate with others, but in fact, their emotions are eager and need to connect with others. So through these works, I hope to bring awareness, help people understand the status of the patient's life, and give them warmth and caring as much as possible in the future. So through the transformation and production of a series of simple things I made, simulative small living space for the Alzheimer’s patients, and invite visitors to interact with the objects in this environment. At the same time, I also hope to be able to give some small help to the family of those who suffer from Alzheimer's disease. In order to restore the sense of reality, materials are used for daily life use, such as gloves, wool felt, newspaper, chopsticks and so on. The design also includes a small nursing manual for you to take as a gift.
