In my fictional animation works, I imagine that future technology can simulate and recreate life according to the preferences of the dead. Robin, who likes robins in the story, left behind a glass greenhouse after his death. Besides various plants, there were many birds in it. Robinson, his son, came to worship him and saw his father's birdcage. Robinson and his mother saw the advertisement for a "life re-engineering machine" launched by a technology company on TV, promising that they could regenerate their father only by using the relics that the deceased valued. Missing his father so much, he decided to try to find his father's beloved robins pillow as a relic. When the machine stopped, however, it was not the father but a robin. I think defects in technology mean that people can’t reunite as they would like to.
