“重启”这个主题让我产生了对 “如果人类没有在地球上存在过”的思考，作品用Cinema 4D建模，Adobe Premiere剪辑完成。

在艺术家作品研究中，我并没有发现此前有艺术家在该话题上有过研究，这给我的作品提供了一个无与伦比的机会。经过对这个概念的研究，我总结了几类可能会成为地球霸主的物种，它们分别是群居类昆虫（蚂蚁、蜜蜂）、海洋动物（章鱼、海豚）、哺乳类动物（犬科、猫科）和藻类，并据此设计了四个星球。

章鱼之星的表面拥有海水的光泽和章鱼本体的紫色，其他条状物代表章鱼触手；蚂蚁之星的表面凹凸不平，土黄色代表沙漠，深色斑点代表蚁群，其他小球代表蚁穴；哺乳动物之星表面的质感类似动物表皮，红色是它们血液的颜色，也有“杀戮”的含义，斑点代表着他们群居，其他四面体代表哺乳动物的耳朵，表面质感代表顺滑的毛发；森林之星表面的凹凸质感代表了一个个树冠，并拥有树叶的光泽，其他球体代表灌木。

My work Restart focuses on my thoughts regarding the question: "if humans didn't exist on the Earth, what could it be like?".

Since no one knows the answer to this question, I searched for people's guesses on the topic. After researching the concept, I found that several possible species might take the place of humans: social insects (ant, bee), marine animals (octopus, dolphin), mammals (wolf, cat), or algae. I designed four planets for them. It was difficult for me to model real planets, so I chose to do it in a symbolic and abstract way. Every color and shape has its own meaning.

The purple planet is the octopus planet. The surface texture of the octopus planet has the sheen of seawater and the purple color of the octopus itself. Other zigzag strips represent octopus’s tentacles. The yellow planet is the ant planet. The surface texture of the ant planet is uneven because it signifies sand dunes. The yellow color represents the desert and the dark spots represent the ant group. The other small spheres represent the ant nests and groups. The red planet is the mammal planet. The surface texture of the mammal planet is similar to the skin of animals. Red is the color of their blood. The red color also means ‘the kill’ in a biologic chain. The spots represent their group. The other tetrahedrons represent the ears of mammals and the texture is similar to fur. The green planet is the forest planet. The concave and convex surface texture of the forest planet represents the crown and has the luster of the leaves, while the other spheres represent the shrubs. I used Cinema 4D to design it and the background music is Sawano Hiroyuki’s work.
